“I took my mother, who is in her eighties, to this location to get a new phone. She was anxious about it because she worried she wouldn't know how to work it and that her apps wouldn't be the same, etc. We were helped by 2 people. Both were wonderful, but Yesenia (not sure if I spelled this correctly), was extremely helpful. She sat with my mother and patiently walked her through setting up her phone. She not only helped her, she taught her how to do each thing. Her voice was calm and quiet, she didn't rush my mother, and she answered all her questions.
