“These comments don’t make sense it’s common sense the machines have to keep repeating it’s for everyone’s use not just yours, she was being professional it’s her job to keep things running. Plus you can’t make up that she rushed you as soon as you two got in when she has other customers to help. People think they’re the center of attention these days always playing the victim. I’m a customer here Olivia is very professional and an extremely helpful worker she should NOT be fired!!! Honestly it’s obvious these two are just ganging up on this poor lady.. these comments should be removed for false information and Defamation!!!! (Ps: they are allowed to take clothes off the dryer it’s in the rules if you just read them not just assume things) The dryers here are amazing they dry clothes and sheets extremely fast!!”

1311 Marketplace Dr, Garland TX 75041
“I just moved to Garland from Phoenix 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. I had an issue with my washing machine so I had to bring three huge totes of moving blankets to wash. I Googled laundromat near me and your store came up as the closest. When I walked in I could not believe my eyes! I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in the door by jessica. This is the cleanest most efficient customer friendly laundry facility I have ever been at in my entire life. Jessica helped me with an issue with the washing machine and sat with me and talked with me to ensure the entire cycle was complete. She even helped me fold up my blankets and load them in my car for me as I was leaving. Worked at this store and treated it as if it were her own personal venue., wouldn't be enough to describe it. I will be coming back and I will be sharing on every social media platform about my experience here at wave Max Garland laundry. Thank you Jessica and thank you for whoever hired this gold star -employee of the year!!”

“This is by far the best place to take your laundry too. It's always so clean. The two young ladies that work there are always so helpful and friendly. One of the ladies name is Alondrea. She works the morning shift now but gives the best customer service I've seen yet. This facility offers free wifi and tvs while waiting for your laundry to be completed.”

“Best True 24-Hour Laundromat. Pros: For its modest size location it has a reasonable amount of washing machines & dryers(Free if you’re doing your wash); Ample amount of coin vending machines; Ample amount of functional laundry basket carts; and TVs not ALL set on hispanic stations. Cons: May be a bit of a ride depending on your location; A limited amount of counters to fold laundry; Main Sign barely visible due to the neon sign almost dead with the entrance to the facility poorly marked; The bathroom is not stocked properly with toilet paper (recommend keeping a roll in your vehicle just in case). I would prefer to have given 3.5 Stars but the pros are strong enough to be okay with the Four Stars.”

“I’m not from around here and a buddy of mine told me about this laundromat. I came in here not knowing how to operate any machines or what the process was. But I will say this place is very clean. Well kept machines are great and if it was not for the help of Michell I wouldn’t have been able to get my laundry done today, which was way overdue. Thank you for Michell for being so helpful, patient and kind while helping me through the process. You’d definitely deserve a raise.”

“Excellent dry cleaning service at a great price. For 25 years, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality and reliability of this dry cleaner. From casual, business attire to wedding attire; They handle my clothes with great care, everything is returned spotless, neatly pressed, and perfectly on time. The staff is professional, and the prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers both quality and value—highly recommended!”

“We’ve used a lot of dry cleaners over the years, and originally picked Tophat just because it was close by. But after a few bad experiences elsewhere, we quickly realized how rare it is to find a place like this. They’ve always done a great job—clothes come back clean, no stains missed, and no damage. What really makes them stand out, though, is their 24/7 automated system. You can drop off any time, even late at night, and pickups are just as easy. They text you a pin code when your order is ready, so you’re not stuck trying to make it before closing hours. When our schedule was packed with work and kids’ activities, that kind of flexibility made a huge difference. Pricing is reasonable—definitely not the cheapest, but well worth it for the quality and convenience. Tophat has earned our loyalty.”

2317 Lakeland Drive, Dallas TX 75228
“Had to come here after my washer broke, and I was honestly impressed. The place was very clean, the washing machines worked great, and the free dryers were a huge bonus. There were plenty of tables for folding and lots of carts available, which made everything super convenient. Definitely one of the better laundromats I’ve been to — I’ll absolutely come back if I need to.”

“we’ve been using Snazzy Cleaners for a few months now for dry cleaning, alterations, and pressing on all types of garments including suits, delicate dresses, etc. and we’ve been VERY PLEASED. we’re always treated nicely by the people who work there and they always get our items finished quickly - exceeding our expectations. I think their pricing is great too. The seamstress QUICKLY fixed several zippers on things we assumed we’d have to throw away. Snazzy has really helped our family look sharp! Plus, we love saying “SNAZZY” !!”

“I have been a patron when they were located by brookshires.I loved Anna the owner she was such a nice person and did everything the best. I have used their Hwy 175 business next to lapradera and the Italian restaurant ever since they opened. I don't have2 or 3 0r5 pieces. I usually have about 20-25 pieces.that is a honour every 2 months. My grandson wears long sleeve shirts to church or special occasions. I have never been unsatisfied with anything thanks Parker's for a job well done”
