“These comments don’t make sense it’s common sense the machines have to keep repeating it’s for everyone’s use not just yours, she was being professional it’s her job to keep things running. Plus you can’t make up that she rushed you as soon as you two got in when she has other customers to help. People think they’re the center of attention these days always playing the victim. I’m a customer here Olivia is very professional and an extremely helpful worker she should NOT be fired!!! Honestly it’s obvious these two are just ganging up on this poor lady.. these comments should be removed for false information and Defamation!!!!
(Ps: they are allowed to take clothes off the dryer it’s in the rules if you just read them not just assume things)

“I just moved to Garland from Phoenix 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. I had an issue with my washing machine so I had to bring three huge totes of moving blankets to wash. I Googled laundromat near me and your store came up as the closest. When I walked in I could not believe my eyes! I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in the door by jessica. This is the cleanest most efficient customer friendly laundry facility I have ever been at in my entire life. Jessica helped me with an issue with the washing machine and sat with me and talked with me to ensure the entire cycle was complete. She even helped me fold up my blankets and load them in my car for me as I was leaving. Worked at this store and treated it as if it were her own personal venue., wouldn't be enough to describe it. I will be coming back and I will be sharing on every social media platform about my experience here at wave Max Garland laundry. Thank you Jessica and thank you for whoever hired this gold star -employee of the year!!”

“This is by far the best place to take your laundry too. It's always so clean. The two young ladies that work there are always so helpful and friendly. One of the ladies name is Alondrea. She works the morning shift now but gives the best customer service I've seen yet. This facility offers free wifi and tvs while waiting for your laundry to be completed.”

“Best True 24-Hour Laundromat. Pros: For its modest size location it has a reasonable amount of washing machines & dryers(Free if you’re doing your wash); Ample amount of coin vending machines; Ample amount of functional laundry basket carts; and TVs not ALL set on hispanic stations. Cons: May be a bit of a ride depending on your location; A limited amount of counters to fold laundry; Main Sign barely visible due to the neon sign almost dead with the entrance to the facility poorly marked; The bathroom is not stocked properly with toilet paper (recommend keeping a roll in your vehicle just in case). I would prefer to have given 3.5 Stars but the pros are strong enough to be okay with the Four Stars.”

“we’ve been using Snazzy Cleaners for a few months now for dry cleaning, alterations, and pressing on all types of garments including suits, delicate dresses, etc. and we’ve been VERY PLEASED. we’re always treated nicely by the people who work there and they always get our items finished quickly - exceeding our expectations. I think their pricing is great too. The seamstress QUICKLY fixed several zippers on things we assumed we’d have to throw away. Snazzy has really helped our family look sharp! Plus, we love saying “SNAZZY” !!”
