“100% most convenient laundromat I’ve had the pleasure of using. Cashless (they have an app which tells you what is available + pay) and clean! They have spots to sit which I feel is kind of a necessity since you gotta wait for your clothes to be done. This is the gold standard for laundromats and I wish more places ran like this. “I’ve been a customer here for over two years. The service has always been great. I love the ability to pick up my clothes 24 hours a day. On this particular occasion, I came in on a Friday with a bag of clothes, hoping to get it back in time for a Monday business trip I meant to come in on Thursday, but life got in the way. At 10:30 AM on Friday I checked and said hey is there a chance to get these in time? Technically the answer was no because the run for the day I’ve already been completed however they took my bag ran it over to the cleaning facility and got it done that day. What amazing service”

“David Finto is the most knowledgable and caring about your wedding gown! He did such a superb job with my daughter’s gown on two separate occasions! All the stains came out and it looked brand-new. My mother is the bride gown was also badly stained and damaged at the scalloped edges with leaves and dirt and his assistant meticulously picked out all the dirt and leaves and sticks (which I had failed to do.)!
You can trust him completely with your beautiful and expensive wedding gowns or other attire.
He is also very personable, caring and kind and genuinely cares about his customers!”
“Update: they fixed the issue and credited me $10. Overall I’ve never had an issue with them before and appreciate that they resolved the issue. Will continue with them and hope not another issue comes up. But I’ve been happy with them for the last 3 years.
I took my Celine pants and shorts here. They charged me to remove and reattach a leather patch that's where a belt buckle would sit in order to dry clean them. When I received the pants, the leather patches were completely missing. I'm extremely upset that something so careless could happen.
I hope they can find the patches and attach them. Otherwise, these pants are completely ruined.”

Staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I travel all over the country in my van, and this is a little neighborhood laundromat, but I felt right at home here. Very welcoming. Will stop by to do laundry anytime I am in the Dallas area.
Prices were some of the best I’ve seen in the country too.

As a bonus, there is a little beverage place right next to the laundromat that you can go quench your thirst at if you would like. I hate having to do laundry and walking a couple of blocks to the nearest 7-Eleven if I want a drink.”

“I give Pro Wash & Dry Laundromat on Forest Lane 4 out of 5 stars.
One of the things I like most is the convenience of the location since it's close to places I frequently visit like Kroger is just across the street, Walmart a couple minutes away, Planet Fitness is also across the street, Auto Zone, Dollar store, and many more. They have a great variety of washer sizes, ranging from about $3 to $7, including larger heavy-duty machines that are perfect for comforters and bulky items. There are also plenty of dryers (around 66), folding tables, laundry carts, coin change machines, and supplies available for purchase such as detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and laundry bags.
The facility also offers restrooms, two TVs, snack and drink vending machines, plenty of parking, and a wheelchair-accessible ramp. Their hours are convenient, opening from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Just keep in mind that the last wash time is 9:30 PM to allow enough time for drying before closing.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the surrounding area can sometimes feel a little less polished than other locations. However, the laundromat itself is well-equipped, convenient, and has everything needed to get laundry done efficiently.
Overall, it's a good place to do laundry, especially if you're looking for affordable machines, plenty of amenities, and a convenient location. Oh, did I mention that Dryer is free with wash! 🙌♥”
