“The bulk raised bed soil was superb! I got 4 yards delivered and the fee was highly reasonable for my distance from the nursery. There was a small mixup with where they would actually be able to drop the load but it was easily worked out and not their fault that I misunderstood. The quality is again, amazing. I had gotten Burpees organic raised bed mix and it felt like the entire bag was just wood chips, so much so that at first I was gonna get half soil half compost delivered. But this soft loamy mix from Ron's was perfect, already had their super compost in it, and my seedlings will surely be thriving. The staff is also highly knowledgeable, I thought I had done my research with amendments but there's no research that can override first hand knowledge. Thanks again!”

“Went to Home Depot yesterday w/my husband and father to purchase a washer, CLEVELAND, attended us and helped us through everything. Helped my father renew his home depot credit card and assisted my husband in getting approved for one too! “I've being buying plants at Calloway's for a couple years. I like the Mesquite location! I will NEVER visit the Greenville location ever again. The cashiers were rude and I was very offended. However, the Mesquite location has a great cashier by the name of Zallie (hopefully that's spelled right) she is the sweetest person. She provides great customer service and she is very friendly. Evvey single time I walk in the door she speaks and make customers feel welcome. I appreciate people.like her because good customer service is hard to come by now days. Thank you Zallie! “I bought a Red Ryder BB gun for my son’s birthday, but I jammed after a few uses. After watching numerous YouTube videos and contacting the manufacturer, they advised me to return the gun due to a manufacturing issue. I called Rooster, and without any hesitation, they accepted the faulty gun and replaced it with a new one. The staff is so wonderful, I appreciate their great service and kindness! Beautiful, exactly what we wanted. I am plant challenged and had been to several places that were dismissive so I am delighted to have found a place that is so helpful. Family owned. I love that. “Local, carries natives. This has been the only place I could find some plants like passion (flower) vine. If they don’t have something in stock, they always offer to put me on the waitlist, including when I got my coral honeysuckles. Very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“David at Texas Palm and Irrigation is awesome. We purchased a couple palms and rostratas from him last year (2024). Delivery was scheduled quickly and planting was done well.

When we thought one our palms was struggling, David was a just call away, asked for pictures, provided a quick diagnosis then sent a care team to treat at no charge.

Now spring is around the corner and our first stop was to see David again. We didn’t call, we just showed up without an appointment, David immediately came out to greet us and asked how our plants were doing.

With David’s help, we’ve picked up a couple of landscape plants that are suited to our limited gardening lifestyle and he’s gotten us scheduled for delivery and planting within a week.

“DECEMBER 7, 2025. Earlier in the day I remembered something I needed while I was stopped at a red light. Across the street was a Lowe's, so I decided to go there. The employee was helpful in locating the product in their database, but it was only available online. I only had one choice. Go to Home Depot! When I entered the store I was greeted by everyone working at the front desk. I told them what I was looking for, and Itsuki found the item in their database. He walked with me to the isle, and very quickly found exactly what I needed. When he checked me out I realized the price was much less than Lowe's for the identical item. I have shopped at various Home Depots for many years, and have purchased several high end appliances and products over the years. Even though this was not the big sale of the day, Itsuki treated me like it was. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people who work here + good quality products + a good diverse selection to choose from + good customer service = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! My words of wisdom are..... Don't waste your time at Lowe's. Go to Home Depot!”

“I had a great experience at Home Depot recently. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, which made the entire shopping experience pleasant.
What really stood out was how the employees went over and beyond to help me find the items I needed. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, they actually walked me to the aisles, helped locate the exact products, and made sure I had everything necessary for my project. “I don't know how this place can get any reviews less than a 5! If you're in or around Garland and you're looking for a special accent tree or trees this is the place. Nobody does what phuongs' nursery can do for the price and quality.

Their roses plants are super high quality giving big blooms and growing strong compared to the ones I got from other nurseries.

The guy working there is super helpful and knowlegeable to help with the selection of trees/plants and loading them to the car.”

When I tried to call to tell the manager about how helpful and honest Diamonte is, I got stuck in a phone loop for 6.35 minutes and then got disconnected. Hence the only 4 stars. Promote people like Diamonte. Work on your management department.”
