“I went in to see if they could help me with the little batteries that went into my key lock on my very old Honda. Neither key lock worked, so I was hoping that it was just the batteries. Mark took the time, had to use several screwdrivers to even get the top off, and did find my batteries and replaced both. I was so, so appreciative, since if I had gotten the batteries off of the shelf, chances are, I wouldn't have been able to get the back off to replace them. “Favorite garden center I've ever been to. Staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and genuine. Not only have they told me how to best care for the things I've bought, but they also obviously take care when potting and growing their plants. I've definitely over-watered plants from Brumleys at certain points, but because they clearly potted things based off of the plant - the excess water drains and the plant continues to thrive. I've always thought I was bad with plants, but every plant I've gotten here is happy and thriving thanks to their advice and genuine care.”

“Nice place, decent size, the entire nursery loops around a central round house where you pay for you plants. This one is the plant area of the two locations, if you didn't know, there's two locations on the same street, about a mile apart. This one sales the outdoor plants and such for the landscape projects. This trip they had a lot of what everyone else has this late in the season. Staff was nice, answered some questions that we had, plants were healthy for the most part, there were a few that looked a little dated from the weather.”

“I would like to take a minute to thank BRIAN in the plumbing department at this Home Depot. He made my shopping experience better than I even could've hoped for! I walked in all stressed out and unsure of what I needed in order to fix my leaking shower faucet at home. It was leaking so badly, it was a constant stream of water pouring out and I currently have the water main shut off in order to make this repair. I was looking at the faucet cartridge replacements when Brian walked by and asked if I was doing alright. I said "well, I'm not sure" and proceeded to explain to him what all was going on with my shower. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct part, compared it to the model faucet which I confirmed was the same as mine, and went and got me a discount since my cartridge was from Home Depot, not too long ago, and had worn out. Mind you, Home Depot isn't the manufacturer of the part, they are just the supplier. The part I needed is made by Delta but nevertheless, Brian made sure that I was taken care of and given a discount to boot! He didn't make me feel stupid or act annoyed that I needed his help. He also didn't talk my head off or lecture me about whatever it is I was replacing. He was very genuine and down to earth. Best Home Depot experience I've had to date and I come here 50+ times a year.”
