They have a coffee shop on the premises and a classroom where they offer classes throughout the year (I've been many times). A truly magical Christmas decor shop!
I absolutely loved this décor store in Dallas. Every corner is filled with unique, beautifully curated pieces you won’t find anywhere else. You can tell the owners have an incredible eye for quality and style — I found items that were both festive and elegant, perfect for making the season feel special.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help me choose the right pieces and took such care in packing each fragile item for my flight back to Pennsylvania. Everything was in perfect condition, thanks to their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We love the way the owners welcome pets!

“David at Texas Palm and Irrigation is awesome. We purchased a couple palms and rostratas from him last year (2024). Delivery was scheduled quickly and planting was done well.
When we thought one our palms was struggling, David was a just call away, asked for pictures, provided a quick diagnosis then sent a care team to treat at no charge.
Now spring is around the corner and our first stop was to see David again. We didn’t call, we just showed up without an appointment, David immediately came out to greet us and asked how our plants were doing.
With David’s help, we’ve picked up a couple of landscape plants that are suited to our limited gardening lifestyle and he’s gotten us scheduled for delivery and planting within a week.
If you are looking to create a landscape paradise for your home, I highly recommend a visit to see David at Texas Palm and Irrigation. He will take the time to understand your gardening lifestyle/capabilities and what recommend plants that are best suited to you while still achieving the look you imagined.

From live plants to artificial plants they only use top quality along with the containers and of course beautiful additions to bling it up. Courtney and her team have grown however have never diverted from the quality of true customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars.”
“Super cute plant shop! They have a few rooms inside full of plants and an outdoor space. They even sell Cowboy pools! They had some outdoor patio decor and indoor home decor. I got a Moroccan table runner that’s super cute and prayer plant. The worker was kind and sent us home with plant care instructions.”

I loaded on pansies, alysum, and even found plum perfect floribunda rose way cheaper then Calloways. The rose is doing great after planting, I see many new blooms, very healthy.

Clinton knew exactly where the trees I was looking for (Cercis Canadensis, "Forest Pansy Redbud" ) were located among the Garden Center's stock. He also knew the varities of the species and showed me a beautiful varigated variety. Worth a visit. Parking difficult.”

“The first electric drain opener that I rented had so many kinks in the cable it wouldn't feed and the drive belt kept slipping. I got a better unit immediately with no problems. It worked like a champ and the drain is clear.”
“This is by far one of the best nurseries around. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Every time we visit, they take the time to answer questions and help us find exactly what we need.

“I went into the store today. Looking for a tool, online it told me it was in stock. But it was not where it said it was. Richard from kitchen home services took the time to help me walk up and down the aisle. And he found the tool. Ace hardware, lows, walmart, Harbor freight didn't have it. But Richard found it. Make sure you ask for richard from home services. He'll take care of you. I did not know Home Depot was capable of delivering this kind of customer service. It feels like they are getting back to their roots of top tier service from the early 2000s”

When I tried to call to tell the manager about how helpful and honest Diamonte is, I got stuck in a phone loop for 6.35 minutes and then got disconnected. Hence the only 4 stars. Promote people like Diamonte. Work on your management department.”
“I'm torn how to rate a place where the corporation obviously can't function but the staff is so good. The website is awful. In my second website order from here, HomeDepot.com messed up yet again. After every single item, I put it that I wanted to pick up at this store. And it was work. One item was going to oak Cliff, one somewhere in Fort Worth, so I manually changed every single item to pick it up at this store. And surprise!! The order went to Skillman. I only figured it out when I went to pick it up at this store. I contacted Home Depot to ask what went wrong and got a bot that promised to send me to customer service. It never did. The staff here was awesome. The employee at the order pickup desk asked if I was going to pick up the items at Skillman (no way) and offered to cancel my order. As I wandered through the store to get my items, I asked for help from another employee. She took me to the location where the web site said one item should be and then looked it up in inventory. HomeDepot.com was a mess yet again - it said there were 45 in stock yet the employee's inventory showed a completely different item that's unavailable. We never found it. But she helped me get the rest of stuff in my order.”
