“I just wanted to say that this location took care of my sister and myself! Both U-haul reps working on Sunday were amazing! LaPatra was sweet and kind and Chandler was the real MVP! Had an issue with our reservation that was implemented by another location and my sister and I had to pick the truck and trailer from the Sunnyvale location and something ended up messed up with our drop off due to having an out of town drop off. Chandler went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed! I and so grateful for Chandlers help, he made all of this easy! I even had to call back today and Chandler was willing to hear me out and solve another issue I had today! I will be using this location again as they are extremely helpful and have amazing customer service!”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I rented a van recently. The lady that runs this uhaul is the most professional and sharp of all the uhaul places I've been. No fuss. And I've been multiple times. Don't see how anyone could leave less than 5 stars, I've always come with respect and it's given right back to me at this location.”
“Very efficiently run place; arrived with 4 propane tanks to fill and thought I'd have to wait due to several other customers there before me, BUT they really coordinated with each other and had me in and out within 20 minutes! All with a polite smile and Thank You for your business, which is something you don't see too often anymore, sadly! Will return frequently as my moving and propane needs develop.”

“I made a reservation on the mobile app for a three hour rental of a truck. After having a terrible experience at another U-Haul chain location, I arrived at this one hoping I could get my move done today. When i arrived at the location, I was looking for my truck as instructed by the app. One of the employees who were tending to the returned trucks greeted me and helped me find my truck quickly. Once I located the truck, I went inside where multiple employees jumped up at the chance to help me and give me the keys. The truck was very clean and the return process was simple. I would highly recommend this location to any one in the Garland or East Dallas location who needs to move.”
“Would rate 1 star do to app not working ...Reserved on line , completed check in , when arrived app not working, could not get reserved truck, store was closed,but a nice gentleman by name Martin stayed after hours to help me, make sure I didn't leave empty handed.
