“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“The ryder in Pharr, TX, has always treated me with the best service - Emilio & Yolanda Gutierrez. The issue began with the truck not going into region, i went to a location in Austin, Tx to solve the issue. However, i waited 3-4 hours for the issue to be resolved, i proceeded my trip to Dallas, tx, and was faced with the same issue once again, roadside assistance was called, and i was told to continue driving at 55 mph with the issue at hand. I was then told by the gentleman at the location that i should not have been given those instructions as it would have caused danger to my life and others. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved the first time and i was presented issues throughout my trip.Casey at the fort Worth location was of good help, he placed me with another working vehicle.”

The fellow that had been hooking my trailer up helped me fix and ground the wiring so that I could drive off the lot safely and legally. If not for his kindness and aid, I would have not been able to get the job I needed the trailer for done.”

“Awesome service, I rented a 16 foot box truck to do a small house move. From the beginning the person helping me was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. I turned in the truck the same night even though they were closed. I followed up the next day to confirm they had processed my return which they had. Total for the rental was $80. Very reasonable price. Also if you drive less than 30 miles they will not charge you the cents per mile that you drive. Just have to bring the back the truck with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.”

They also got me into using the paper tape! Some may be skeptical about it, playlist the best tape that I could have used during moving. Check them out, and you won't be disappointed!!!!”
