“I won’t go into details to try and make this as short as possible. My wife had a low tire and stopped at another DT to get it fixed and 6 days later the same tire was completely flat. I changed it for the spare and stopped at the Balch Springs location to see what my options would be. Rigo took the time to explain the process on how their patching process works and took care of me very professionally to tell me the value of the certificates when I purchased the tires. I thought I would have to go back to the original location the tire was patched to see about replacing it but he told me the experience should be the same at every DT and stood by his word. I’ve been to several DT since doing business with them the last 20 years and so far this location has provided a top notch experience. Definitely will keep coming back with my business at this location to show my appreciation to the staff.”

“I went to Discount Tire to have a large bolt screw taken out of my tire for a patch. They were more worried about getting me a new tire if they found that the hole was bigger than 1/4 of an inch. Just trying to sell me a new tire. Even said that a place like Valencia's wouldn't do it right. They were wrong! It took him less time to fix my tire then to talk to people at Discount Tire! I recommend if you need a patch on your tire, that you have it done here he knows what he's doing. Only ten bucks cash only. Can't beat that kind of service!”
