“This store was awesome! Its behind the Starbucks near a closed Krispy Kreme. Especially the manager! Can't remember his name, but his picture is on the wall. I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!”

“Good prices on tires. Friendly service. But they severely over-torque lug nuts. It you have a flat and need to remove a wheel they installed, you may not be able to get the lug nuts off without breaking a lug bolt. This has happened to me twice.”

“Daniel and Larry were absolutely phenomenal with efficiency and accuracy during our visit to their shop. I had ran over a construction hat or something similar while driving on 635. It knocked my splash guard loose and had it dragging underneath my vehicle.I pulled into the shop and both Daniel and Larry immediately came to assist me and within minutes they were underneath my car and fixing my issues. They knew EXACTLY what to do and did it very quickly. Treated me like I had been a customer with them for years even tho I haven't been. Not only do they do Great work in a very timely manner they also provide you with great prices unlike 90% of your everyday shops that are trying to make a killing off of you. They understand by providing us the customers with great prices and quality work that we will come back an be repeat customers.Anyways, all and all I give this company a 10 out of 10! “I stopped in to see about getting some newer tires before winter and since mine were 5 years old. They had a set of 4 Hancook tires that still have almost all the tread on them. Instead of a grand at discount tire, these were about a third of the price. From the moment I pulled up to me, driving out was less than 30 minutes. Apparently, the gentleman who owns the shop has since 1975 and seemed like a good, honest person. I'm definitely happy I stopped in and did business with him.”

“If you have a blown tire that can't be patched (like sidewall tear) and it's out of warranty, come here and see if they have a used tire for your car. Better to buy used if you still have at least 10,000 miles to go on your other three tires, so that you can replace all four at once later. $45 cash. Quick service.”

“I hit a curb that destroyed the tire at midnight. A friend picked me up and I took the tire/wheel to this place as they were open 24 hours. They charged $60 for a used tire that had about 60% tread remaining. I didn't have cash so they charged me a $3 fee to use a card. They had the tire put on the wheel and balanced in under 10 minutes. They did a good job and the higher cost for a used tire was worth it. They were quick and up front.”
