UPS Access Point location has a long line, and there should be some type of consideration for the elderly and the disabled. It is hard to find an employee to do a drop off with, as they have gone almost completely cashierless and no one is ever on the floor. Some customers have never got their package from CVS DOLLAR STORE FAMILY DOLLAR, and are told to call the sender or find the package on their own.

There's always a long line and I'm disabled and so is my husband. There should be some type of consideration for the elderly and the disabled.
