“I used to like five below alot more. They used to have fun small off brand Lego sets that were actually pretty neat. Now its just random botanical flowers which are really cool. But since they are off brand, the sets dont look thar nice once done. Id rather spend an arm and a leg on the actual LEGO botanical set. However, from a while ago, i have this nice vapor wave themed Lego set of a sunset that I built which is really cool.”
“It has been a long time since I've been there, it was when I got notice that Dillard's had been sold to another bank, I went to check it out but everything was super expensive and no sales at all (transition?). So I said goodbye. This time I went back to check it out since I've always find clothes that fit perfectly, the price didn't matter but always took advantage of sales and promotions and it was like before, they had a lot of sales and clothes I liked and fit perfectly; customer service was excellent, the lady the helped us super friendly and acknowledged everyone 😀”
“I wasn't expecting great customer service when I went in to pick up a large and complicated order. I got it. Two ladies helped me pick up my order and Monica at the front went out of her way to help me when there was a problem with my order. Even when I was a little short, Monica was calm, friendly, smiling and helpful and went above and beyond. . Great experience, great dresses.”
“What a great Nordstrom Rack. Everyone welcomes you as soon as you walk in! I want to recognize their Tailor Surin. I have used Tailors from NYC, Miami,Denver and all points in between but Surin, I must say, is a “cut” above the rest. Extremely professional and welcoming. He takes the time for exact measurements and you can tell of his mastery of Tailoring with his movements upon measuring and sight. What a great experience he provides and delivering an exceptional tailored garment. Thank you!!”
“My first time at this Dillard location and Lynn in perfume was really good to me. She explained every scene that I was interested in so well. She also went above and beyond looking for scents that matched my preference. She was very friendly, patient and had awesome customer service! I ended up getting the Irresistible Givenchy.

“This smaller market is very nice. Clean, wide aisles and fresh produce. No, it doesn't have what the larger stores offer though it's easier to park and shop at and convenient for the area. I enjoy shopping there when I'm in the area.”

“Fort Sam Houston Exchange has always treated me well — even holding my shoes for me when Military Star kept delaying my rewards email. But the Military Star Card itself has been terrible. My email receives every promotional message they send, but when it comes to delivering the points I actually earned, suddenly their system ‘can’t send’ anything. I was promised my points twice (3–5 days each time), and both promises were lies. I’ve talked to reps, supervisors, and even an operations supervisor who said he’d call me back — never happened. AAFES is holding the item I purchased, and I’ll probably lose it because Military Star refuses to send the rewards email they owe me. Fort Sam is great — Military Star has deceived me at every step.
Byer beware of Military Star Card I have over 16,000 points. They keep giving me excuses but they are lies, I was a Information systems analyst for the Surgeon General the IRS. In the private sector I was an IT Director and Consultant for Wells Fargo so quit trying your fancy jargon on me and give me my points.”

As a past retail worker myself I love to see retail workers who still care about their job and the customer. I will be returning to this location!”
“I just love this store! I can always find my size. I prefer the smaller store size as compared to mall sized stores. And of course, having a personal assistant greet you upon entry provides excellent customer service. In addition to women's clothing and shoes, there is a great selection of jewelry and cosmetics.”

“I enjoy shopping here. Parking is easy. There are always new items and they go fast. I found 8 really cute gift bags during lunch and by the next day, I only found 3. I like a lot of their home accessories too. I mostly enjoy shopping in the home area. Wish the store was bigger, because this store draws A LOT of shoppers. I went early enough one weekend and people are already waiting to get in, but once you’re in that early, it was nice to not worrying about bumping into other folks. Once the later crowd comes around, this store gets busy. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, avoid shopping with a basket. Go in knowing what you want and get out. What I don’t like are the racks of clearance items at the front of the store, way too congested. The store overall is quite congested due to the amount of inventory to entertain shoppers, with that said, the store is quite maintained.”
“Fun finds and some not great prices mixed in. Its a great place to let the kids run around and touch snotty nosed contaminated toys and get sick while mom n dad shop for cheap stuff we don't need.”

One of my finds today, an LL Bean vest puffy for $10!”
“A good department store with enough items of different types, whether personal or for the home, sells its own brand things as well as other good quality brands and has different promotions for various items but some of its prices seemed quite high for some items of all kinds, the same items that you can find elsewhere at a much lower price but in general everything is good.”

“This is the only Marshalls on the south side of San Antonio. Most of the time this store is well stocked and the employees provide great customer service. However I would like for them to implement the service animal only. Rule that the store has posted on the doors, as the last time we were there someone had their dog in the basket and the dog kept barking and barking at the other customers. None of the employees approached this individual with concerns. Who would have been responsible if that dog had gotten out of the basket and bit another customer Marshalls or is the liability on the customer that brought in the dog?”
“Love that all the employees are super helpful and kind! I always find what I need and it's always clean. This is the closest location to me and it's a fairly large store.”

“It was kept clean and the prices were reasonable. I gave it four stars because there wasn't enough staff there to work theregister. I only saw 2 people. A young lady and a older lady. They older cashier was swamped and the young cashier didn't come to help by opening another line. Also I paid for some things and she didn't put it in my bag. Over all I would shop here again, but I will be checking my bag for my items before I leave.”
“It's been several years since I've visited this place midweek and early afternoon. The business is located in a large strip center and although the building is large you need to be looking for it. The interior is absolutely gigantic filled with men's, women's, and children's clothing, household knickknacks, personal items and a plethora of other items. Prices are all over the map depending what you were looking for and what you wanted. There are several name brand items from women's clothing and purses to men's shirts and pants. It was clean as were the restrooms and dressing rooms. A couple of employees that we talked to were friendly but I wouldn't say that there was an abundance of them. If you're looking to kill some time or just wanted to pick up something new for yourself or for your house, I'd recommend stopping by. You never know what you may find that might be that one treasure thing.”
“Awesome. They’ve got some really good & stylish gym shoes and have great prices. Use the “MRewards” as well. The only thing I wish is on the shirts where they place the labels themselves, they wouldn’t pop it through the fabric that’s not on the collar - it creates big holes in the shirts. Pop it through the label inside. Also - great selection of men’s caps and socks, slides, casual shirts, fancy shirts, jeans, and colognes. I’ve gotten a huge part of my closet from Melrose and often get compliments on many of the different pieces. Their clothing is extremely durable clothing as well. None of that cheap junk that only lasts a few wash cycles. Appreciate the value you guys make so accessible. It makes a huge difference.”
“This is my safe place! The staff is very helpful and sweet. Always willing to check inventory and walk you over! Target is rather new for me as a shopper, but the CVS within the store is convenient. Pharmacists are all gracious. The Starbucks is a nice touch especially when they can bring your drink to drive up pickup for your Target purchases.”
