“Fort Sam Houston Exchange has always treated me well — even holding my shoes for me when Military Star kept delaying my rewards email. But the Military Star Card itself has been terrible. My email receives every promotional message they send, but when it comes to delivering the points I actually earned, suddenly their system ‘can’t send’ anything. I was promised my points twice (3–5 days each time), and both promises were lies. I’ve talked to reps, supervisors, and even an operations supervisor who said he’d call me back — never happened. AAFES is holding the item I purchased, and I’ll probably lose it because Military Star refuses to send the rewards email they owe me. Fort Sam is great — Military Star has deceived me at every step.
Byer beware of Military Star Card I have over 16,000 points. They keep giving me excuses but they are lies, I was a Information systems analyst for the Surgeon General the IRS. In the private sector I was an IT Director and Consultant for Wells Fargo so quit trying your fancy jargon on me and give me my points.”
“Shout out to the cashier Denise. She was so helpful! I was looking for a specific item, the men’s peanut jersey. Unfortunately they didn’t have it at her location but she called over to another store and had them hold it for me. Great customer service, she went above and beyond for me ☺️”

“This is the only Marshalls on the south side of San Antonio. Most of the time this store is well stocked and the employees provide great customer service. However I would like for them to implement the service animal only. Rule that the store has posted on the doors, as the last time we were there someone had their dog in the basket and the dog kept barking and barking at the other customers. None of the employees approached this individual with concerns. Who would have been responsible if that dog had gotten out of the basket and bit another customer Marshalls or is the liability on the customer that brought in the dog?”
“I really appreciate the girl that took my call, and recommended a dry cleaner for me to take my Pucci dress to....I was without a umbrella and some rain drops got on my dress, leaving a puckering mess! I hope it is not ruined...thank you so much for the reference”

“It's been several years since I've visited this place midweek and early afternoon. The business is located in a large strip center and although the building is large you need to be looking for it. The interior is absolutely gigantic filled with men's, women's, and children's clothing, household knickknacks, personal items and a plethora of other items. Prices are all over the map depending what you were looking for and what you wanted. There are several name brand items from women's clothing and purses to men's shirts and pants. It was clean as were the restrooms and dressing rooms. A couple of employees that we talked to were friendly but I wouldn't say that there was an abundance of them. If you're looking to kill some time or just wanted to pick up something new for yourself or for your house, I'd recommend stopping by. You never know what you may find that might be that one treasure thing.”

“I went for concentrated roundup but they didn’t have any but I found my food products and found some awesome cream puffs and personal cheesecake with strawberries. Both were delicious”
“I tried Zollipops out of curiosity and I was honestly surprised. The flavors are really good and they don’t taste like those typical sugar-free candies that have a weird aftertaste. The lollipops last a good amount of time and aren’t overly sweet.
One thing I liked is that they leave your mouth feeling kind of fresh instead of sticky like regular candy. Overall, they’re a great option if you want something sweet but a little different from normal sugary lollipops. I would definitely buy them again.”

“I was in my Walmart superstore on Kitty Hawk looking to purchase a bluetooth speaker for my father who's on hospice care. When I went to the electronics section there was a woman servicing someone with a passport she told me she that she was the only one that could help me after waiting over 20+ minutes I finally called the store and demanded to speak to a manager (the service from the lady working the electronics was poor at best). But the manager Brandon was very thoughtful and helpful, he apologized about the wait time and the fact that this small inexpensive Bluetooth had to be locked up (the unit cost $14.99) due to ongoing theft. Every time I go to this store I always find just what I need at a fair price, thank you Walmart and Brandon. He renewed my faith in this particular Walmart store as I was going to walk out and not come back to this location ever again. John”

I witnessed another Walmart customer struggling to get a big screen TV she had just purchased from Walmart into her vehicle. I felt so bad for her! Being a female senior citizen I couldn't physically help her but I found Scott H. In the garden area and told him about the situation. He dropped everything to help.
