The agents in the Bandera cricket office were absolutely fantastic and solved problems that another cricket office was unable to do. Nice friendly staff helped get a new phone, even put the screen protector and case on for a daughter. Very nice lady at the store was polite and understanding. The knowledgeable employee gets the job done, customers serviced and folks back out the door. Access to services out here and switching number to Cricket was able.

I was able to find a contract that fit my needs at a price I was able to afford. They also helped me out with a free phone! Would highly recommend stopping by for a new phone plan and a good chat. 100% Amanda the manager was great!
