This store is very inefficient in some aspects, they can NOT accept checks, and you can NOT buy a Cricket phone there without activating it according to Manager... He said the activation in store policy is at the discretion of each individual Cricket store, BUT I BOUGHT a phone for my son last Christmas at the Bandera location, same manager and I had no problem purchasing a phone and passing on activation because I knew we could swap the Sim card out of old phone and into the new!! I won't go to this Cricket location unless I have no other choice or to simply pay my bill!!

Went to the one in hondo after waiting for 30 minute's the young man working was doing his best... But the one in Hondo.. the girl claimed she fixed my phone... Not... I showed her it wasn't but she seemed to want to get me out of there cause she wanted to gossip with a friend.very rude

Person on duty needs more training on the product and customer service. Tried very hard to help me, but just didn't have the knowledge. Or enough experience. Need more products to sell. Need examples
