“I just went in to pick up an item that was on sale from an ad l was sent. I went inside and the first person l saw was a sales clerk there. He told me to go down an aisle where the lady that was there was the rep for that department. I asked her about what l was looking for. She told me it was just about right where l was. I picked it up as l had already studied it in the ad l got. So l went straight to register and checked out. Less than 5 minutes. Very nice store, very helpful, fun items for sale. Pretty planters, bbq accessories, and items for sale from local retailers.”

“I have had many dealing with several tractor supply's. The one in Kerville has a manager who is just drawing a paycheck...not interested in customer service. The one in Boerne is good but I'm not overly impressed there either but my regular tractor supply's in Bandera, I have never received anything less than superior customer support from this place. There was a time they couldn't get bags of my dog food in to save their lives and Jeremy looked into it, turns out Del Rio was hogging it all (maybe a lot of border customers??...IJS). He got the problem fixed and now I can buy my 4, 55lb bags every two weeks without hitting up 4 different tractor supplies. But what I want to highlight is how far they go to satisfy their customers. I waited until the very last minute to try to buy a go cart for my grandkids. Superhero Larry jumps in and orders it for me because they'd sold out. So he order it online but he said it might not be on the truck on Monday (2 days before Christmas) and it was not... but superhero Larry was not satisfied!! He found one in Uvalde, sent a driver to pick it up for me. That was half the problem. I needed it put together but he wasn't sure if he could get it done because they're super busy for Christmas. Larry wasn't going to let these two little boys of mine down. He put it together and we picked it up this afternoon (Christmas Eve). I could go on and on about this store and the good folks who work there but I'll say this. I have never, not once, gone in and had mediocre or bad service. Every employee I encounter had the same mission. Fantastic and unique Customer service. So this is not just a thank you for Larry and Jeremy (they do help me a lot) but it is a thank you for Bandera Tractor supply for being the best at what they do! Thank you!”
