“A lot has changed at this bank and I'm still deciding if it's going to be better. I know it seemed like they lost a lot of tenured employees after they merged with Cornerstone Lending and they still are. There's only 1 person left that I recognize anymore. It's sad, I loved coming here to see people I recognized and that knew me. It doesn't feel personalized anymore. Hopefully it gets better. In the meantime last I checked they had some of the best rates in town.”

“Wells Fargo, I had a hard time when I got my first car being in and out of the hospital with kidney afflictions. You guys gave me a loan and continued to work with me over and over. I love your company and you are amazing. Thank you for everything. If I were in a better place I’d shake your hand and tell you it was a pleasure taking out a loan from you. You guys do amazing business your workers are professionals over the phone. (Every one of them). Id gift you guys something because you work hard at what you do. God bless you Wells Fargo. I hope your business picks up. Also Wells Fargo heard my story about being in and out of the hospital and they gave me grace for the last payment because the car got totaled within the same year and I had to pay two car payments and kept going in and out of the hospital. It does show up on your credit so I don’t recommend it. But that was very kind of them.”
