“A lot has changed at this bank and I'm still deciding if it's going to be better. I know it seemed like they lost a lot of tenured employees after they merged with Cornerstone Lending and they still are. There's only 1 person left that I recognize anymore. It's sad, I loved coming here to see people I recognized and that knew me. It doesn't feel personalized anymore. Hopefully it gets better. In the meantime last I checked they had some of the best rates in town.”

I met with Mary Roman who was very patient with me extremely helpful and kind thank you Mary my teller was Nikita Nikita is the real deal and Mary gave me a new slogan solo the only way to go thank you ladies and gentlemen for being so kind and patient and helpful with me setting up my new bank account. The only suggestion I have is that the tellers have business cards so that we can write them and remember them.”
