Love have service right at your back door. Having an appointment makes the process easier. Was a little disappointed that at the service center you don't take personal checks. Sorry I'm old school.

In for the 7,500 service for my Suburban. Was lucky enough to get Dawn as my advisor. She coordinated the service and got two recalls for software re programming done in an efficient and professional way, while keeping me informed. Dawn rocks!
