“Bought my sister a Home Depot gift card along w/gift, mailed it but it never arrived so today I was trying to get my receipt for the gift card to present it to the USPS for the insurance protection. I spent an inordinate amount of time on hold, spoke to 3 people was told what I wanted I'd have to do in person & I was to call a different number to see if someone (THIEF) had cashed it. The automated system for that was horrendous! Finally, I called back to the store's # and this time got BECCA CARRASCO. Bastrop's Home Depot needs to CLONE her. She was beyond AWESOME! Nothing was a problem for her, she immediately found what was needed, took a screen shot and emailed me what I needed saving me not only gas but unnecessary stress having to go to the store in person. More importantly, SHE was able to tell me no one (thief) had cashed the gift card. Home Depot, you need to give Becca Carrasco A RAISE for being such a wonderfully EFFICIENT, super friendly employee!! It took her about 7 minutes to do what I'd just spent an hour on the phone being told by others, I'd have to do in person. Thank you, Becca!”
