Their straight forward inventory means that even on a Saturday you can still make it in and out without much hassle. You want find yourself standing in long lines or navigating isles of window treatments and home decor. Ain't nuthin fancy here, just building supplies, no nonsense service , and a well stocked outdoor lumber yard. This is the place to go for lower prices on fencing, lumber, ranch materials etc.”

“For the most part this is a great Lowes. But like a lot of places, they can be short staffed and in being so their customer service has fallen short. There was a couple with their dogs who let them p*** on the store floor, watched their dogs do it and then ran out claiming it wasn't them. Despite being the only ones with dogs in the store at the time. That means they made a staff member have to clean up after their dogs.”

“Bought my sister a Home Depot gift card along w/gift, mailed it but it never arrived so today I was trying to get my receipt for the gift card to present it to the USPS for the insurance protection. I spent an inordinate amount of time on hold, spoke to 3 people was told what I wanted I'd have to do in person & I was to call a different number to see if someone (THIEF) had cashed it. The automated system for that was horrendous! Finally, I called back to the store's # and this time got BECCA CARRASCO. Bastrop's Home Depot needs to CLONE her. She was beyond AWESOME! Nothing was a problem for her, she immediately found what was needed, took a screen shot and emailed me what I needed saving me not only gas but unnecessary stress having to go to the store in person. More importantly, SHE was able to tell me no one (thief) had cashed the gift card. Home Depot, you need to give Becca Carrasco A RAISE for being such a wonderfully EFFICIENT, super friendly employee!! It took her about 7 minutes to do what I'd just spent an hour on the phone being told by others, I'd have to do in person. Thank you, Becca!”
