“Alfredo, the maintenance engineer, was amazing. We are here for a company summit and parked in self parking, which was far. We saw Alfredo working, and in his golf cart, we jokingly asked for a ride, and he was so happy to do it. He asked where we were staying and even drove us as far as he could to the closest door near our room. As we passed by an area, there was a smiling man who said, " I love this," and come to find out, he was the GM. WOW, way to promote customer service.Karina at the Maverick's was also pretty awesome.Overalls, great experience!!”

“Amazing customer service! Girlfriend made a special request for our trip and they fulfilled it. Such a wonderful surprise. Only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because of construction, which isn't their fault. Next time I'm in Bastrop, I will be staying here!Rooms: Small but served it's purpose.”
