“A year ago this next month I was in need of a climate controlled storage unit and had called several places in search of the right unit. I believe AAA Storage was my third call, and let me tell you - they did not disappoint. I drove to their facility, inquired about the unit in person, and signed on the dotted line before I left. The service received was wonderful, and I've never had an issue in the year I've had my belongings stored at their facility. Convenient location and after hours access are a huge plus! If you're looking for a storage unit at an affordable price, AAA Storage in Bastrop is a must!”
“RENT HERE! Floyd is the man! I went in to rent a Uhaul trailer. When the left blinker didn't work Floyd told me he knew the trailer wiring was good because he checks all the trailers himself. He then helped me locate the problem on my truck, a fuse. Easy fix. I admire the confidence that comes from competent diligence. Way to be Floyd!”
“First timer using storage, I really impressed how clean and organized everything is inside.
Plus the attendance lady was so nice ,and helpful. I really appreciate that.
Thank you Public Storage for making my experience easier.”
“Used this guy for family member. Had 3 units, then 5, then 4, then 6 at one point. Could easily setup most online and when contacted to remove a unit, it was quickly done. Definitely better service than most.”
“Everything that they offered was provided clearly and concise in writing, they delivered. Clean facility & a manager who truly cares. Above & beyond expectations. Helpful, honest & dependable site management & business owner.”
“When I needed storage I called Centex and got Barbara. She then directed me to Spare foot for discounted prices and reservations. She is awesome blossom and a sweet person. Then I decided to upgrade to a 10x10. No problem. She and Centex are well worth it. Sparefoot as well. I'm so grateful for all three plus the use of the bathroom and the candy bowl full of gummies and jellybellys plus the last working staple. ? And don't forget the guy who I wouldn't let in that works there... Cuz those are the rules. Sweet man.”
