“When I needed storage I called Centex and got Barbara. She then directed me to Spare foot for discounted prices and reservations. She is awesome blossom and a sweet person. Then I decided to upgrade to a 10x10. No problem. She and Centex are well worth it. Sparefoot as well. I'm so grateful for all three plus the use of the bathroom and the candy bowl full of gummies and jellybellys plus the last working staple. ? And don't forget the guy who I wouldn't let in that works there... Cuz those are the rules. Sweet man.”

Michael who manages the place, can seem like over the top with his rules, like driving very slow when you enter the facility, moving in and out of the units rules, etc. but after staying there for 3 years its what made this place awesome. You're stuff is in good hands while Michael is looking over your items. Greatly appreciate my interactions with him and the units were very clean and upkept. I highly recommend the indoor units because the temperature was always perfect! And the air conditioning when I moved out helped tremendously with this current heat. It also saved my stuff through the freeze two years ago and these crazy hot summers. It helped keep my items completely safe and guarded even from the weather. Highly recommend Bastrop Guardian Storage!”

“Delivered excellent service in reservations, at pickup, for call-in support, and at drop off. Loved the bucket seats and back-up camera (at least during daylight hours - tougher to use it at night). The larger trucks have dynamic cruise control that will maintain a perfect distance to the vehicle ahead of you. Our 20-footer had a separate light switch on the cab to control lighting on the cargo hold. That was nice. You don't need to use the battery on cab lights while you're loading or unloading. The translucent roof lets enough light in to be very useful in the daytime. Note that a Penske 12- foot truck has roughly the same cargo space as a UHaul 15-footer, as UHaul counts the "Momma's Attic" space, even though it's only a few feet high. Keep that in mind when comparing pricing. We've used Penske three times now for three-day long-hauls (interstate/cross county) and will use for any future move, too.”
