Nice people and helpful. After nearly 45 minutes was unable to switch and import my numbers because of some system problem that could not be fixed. Real let down on my expectations of getting a new phone carrier with better services.?

Do Not go to this Store. I went here less than a week ago, transfered 2 lines from Cricket (wasn't told of transferring fees or activation charges etc.) And purchased 1 new phone with promotion came out to about $20 and was told (By German) for me to have home Internet I'd have to purchase a third line and get a hotspot for a total of $117 a month (that was for 2 transferred lines and 1 new line {the hotspot line} and the promo for the new phone). Then I was instructed to go to Walmart to purchase the Hotspot box that it would work with the AT&T network (Walmart didn't have it.) So I returned to the store and was told I could put the new lines sim card in an old AT&T phone and it would work. Low an behold I came to the store to look into getting my daughters phone fixed and look at my account my bill is $320. Oh but now there are Fees and this and that, that was not once mentioned when I was in there days prior even though I asked for what everything would cost me. I asked several times what my costs would be and was told $117. Now they are blaming some new girl "Bri" when I was working with German to set up everything and his store manager was sitting at the table with us .... This entire situation is absolutely FUBAR.AVOID THIS STORE AND POSSIBLY AT&T Altogether!!!

Manager was not helpful, could have informed me that I needed to seek help at a corporate store. Will not ever step foot in this store again!!!!

Jose, did a wonderful job doing my upgrade and setting up my phone. Jose had the best customer service, if anyone needs help I’d recommend him again anytime.

Customer service is really great! Damion and Dasia are very helpful but the store has a really funny smell.

They lie to you & trick you, when they can
