About Coastal Automotive Services Inc
Coastal Automotive Services Inc. is a trustworthy and honest auto repair shop. They are known for their fair prices, clear communication, and willingness to admit when they do not know something. When a customer’s daughter's car had ongoing issues, Kelly and Bob diagnosed faulty electronic transmission sensors and helped find a nearby transmission shop, even though they do not perform these repairs themselves. They took the time to look up information and provided helpful advice, charging a fair price for their effort. Customers appreciate their professionalism and integrity, especially in a world where many shops are just parts changers. The business also offers helpful services like moving vehicles and unlocking cars, always arriving on time and handling difficult jobs without giving up. Overall, Coastal Automotive is highly recommended for any automotive issue.
