Went in to this location today with my grandmother looking for some new haircare products. While I was impressed by the product knowledge of the woman helping us, I was NOT impressed by the unprofessionalism that occurred after our interaction. Someone came into the store (possibly a relative or just a close friend) and they both began to loudly talk about someone they didn't like while my grandmother and I were in the store. I've been in the beauty industry for almost 10 years (licensed and certified) and you have to understand how and when to be professional and when to talk about personal life things with others. This isn't the only instance of unprofessionalism I've experienced at this location but this is definitely the final straw for me. I will not be returning to this location due to the lack of respect for customers and the lack of professionalism from employees.

I stopped going to this location a year or 2 ago because it was awful. I stopped in today on a pinch and I’m so impressed! The store is so much nicer now and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. Tiffany Clark was the one that helped me. I’ll definitely be coming back instead of driving all the way to Lake Jackson.

I have always wanted to try and do my own nails (to save money) so I came here not really expecting to have everything which is understandable. Ms. Casondra helped me every way possible, got to actually know me and what I was looking for!!! She was/is the best and definitely will be going back so she can help me!!!

i prefer coming to the bay city sally’s over the rosenberg location but i show up at 11am and they’re randomly closed on a thursday with no explanation, i even checked the website, tried to call, looked on the door for info and checked the hours before coming :[ it’s not even a holiday either… a warning would’ve been cool, not only to me but to all the customers i see trying to pull on the locked door too!

I've been going to this Sally location for 20 years and yesterday I went in for a few items and the cashier and her trainee were tired, beyond rude, and self-important. I'm sorry ladies, but you chose this job. I asked the cashier if her trainee had an attitude problem and she gave me a snappy "NO". I'm never going back to this location again. I'll spend my money on Amazon from now on, thank you. Side note: I am the nicest customer in the joint, usually. I smiled, said hello, thanked them. No one should be treated as horribly as these two treated me. They acted like they were in an elite club or something for working at Sally. Seriously?
