The staff are nice, the unit was spacious, but upon removing our items from the unit we discovered rat droppings and roaches. We followed the rules of having no food in our unit. It’s unfortunate we had to throw some items away.

Great customer service, clean environment. The manager does all she can to run a smooth ship and it shows. Place always looks clean and smells clean.
