“Megan and Channelle were quick, friendly, and very helpful in assisting me with finding the right size storage unit. They made the process easy and stress-free. Great customer service!”
“I rented a 10’x10’ storage unit & when I went to it, it measured 8’9”x9’4”. In the rental office they have the measurements on the floor & it measures 10’x10’. But besides that the manager was very nice & I’m pretty sure she wasn’t aware of the measurements.”

“I have to say that I have had many storage units in my lifetime with some really bad customer service but at Bay mini storage I dealt with a young lady name Sarah she was amazing answered all my questions very knowledgeable on the units and prices keep up the great work I would recommend this location 100%”

“Very professional, and friendly customer service. Awnsered all questions, and gave detailed information. Delanna offered great feedback and went out her way to show units without hesitation.”
“The staff is very friendly, grounds are clean , pest control about every 6 months ,they pretty much try to know you on first name basis, Helpful enough that they helped prevent a break in from some scumbag trying to steal my motorcycle, meaning they know who storage is who's. I have been here even before it was Storage king, maybe 7 years... I am too 3 storage now”
“BRITTANY WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. KIND EACH TIME SHE INTERACTED ON THE PHONE, AND VERY INFORMATIVE. I WOULD SAY SHE IS AN ASSET TO THE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE TEAM AND TO HIRE MORE MEMBERS LIKE BRITTANY. THANKS”
“Sytara was extremely helpful with all of my move out inquiries! It gets stressful when you live out of town and your own schedule gets messed up over and over again 🥲 Sytara answered all of my questions was very kind the entire time and just made the entire process stress free, from scheduling all the way to making sure I was good to go after emptying my unit. Thanks so much for your kind efforts and wonderful disposition, god bless you!”

“Excellent experience and service! I needed 2 spots to park large vehicles in a secure facility and this was definitely the place! Location is central in Baytown which is one of the best if you know the area. Very safe, very secure. the staff went above and beyond. Pricing was very fair and we will definitely use this facility again when the need arises. All my expectations were exceeded.”
“I’ve been using this storage facility for about 4 years now! As my business needs have changed they have been very accommodating to my needs for multiple storage buildings and parking spaces. Michael and Brittany are the best around. We looked into other storage possibilities but they needed copies of titles of vehicles being stored, etc…we’ve never had a problem here and I can access my secure storage 24/7. They are gated and cameras all over the facility and well lit. I highly recommend these wonderful people and their facility….”

“Thank you to Miss Violet and the staff at Baytown Boat and RV. Rented a 35 foot enclosed unit for my boat. Excellent customer service, very clean and up to date units. Violet was even kind enough to reserve the unit for me weeks in advance before I arrived. Great people! Fair prices.”
“I’d just like to commend this company for their amazing customer service. Their staff is very friendly and helpful whenever I call or email. And they go to great lengths to provide an amazing service, while still taking very good care of their customers like me. I wish there were more companies like them that provide awesome value and superb customer service. Kudos!”

“The facility is convenient, clean, and safe with a fantastic staff. We had been there since 2018 and left because the price kept going up to a point that it was no longer affordable.”
