New management recently. Additional lighting has been installed outside. Front sliding gate has been fixed. Would love it to get brighter on the inside though!

climate control area they where very helpful after hurricane Laura so thankful they stayed open late to help us out we lost our house and needed storage so bad now they always help us out with anything we may need great prices also check them out ??

My cargo trailer was broken into twice in March, so I moved out and I paid a year in advance. I asked them for my money back for the remaining months and they keep giving me the run around. I have reported them to the BBB and I will take them to court.
I just want my money back so I can fix my trailer. My trailer was parked at the back of the lot where they cut a hole threw the fence to get in. I asked management if I could watch the camera's and she told me they don't have any in the back.

Been with them around 8 years. They use to be great on working with you if you're late. I'm on disability and they know I get paid somewhere between the 1st through 10th day of the month, most likely 1st through 5th day of the month. Haven't been late for a long time but when Hurricane Beryl comes through and you live right on the bay they should be considerate that I had storm surge, no power/cell service, and no electricity. Oh yeah and the whole town where I live is a disaster and damage to my home. Couldn't go anywhere or pay online. Got paid between 6th and 7th day. They told me I only get one late fee taken off the whole time your with them. I had one before when I was in the hospital for 3 days. They told me they understand but can't do it. Does that seem fair? It's very sad. I miss the old first choice storage.
