Extra Space Storage on Decker Dr in Baytown offers a large selection of storage units, including climate controlled and drive-up options. The facility is known for its exceptional security, electronic gate access, and manager living on site. It features wide drive aisles, convenient freeway access, and amenities like RV parking and utility carts. The staff is consistently noted as helpful, knowledgeable, and providing amazing customer service. The site is super clean and well-maintained, giving customers a sense of peace and security. While generally praised, a noted drawback is the absence of double wide entrance doors for the climate control building.
Customer service is awesome!! Sytarra the store manager is super nice and helpful, We really recommend this storage , never had any issues, we also love the fact that they have A/C and we don’t have to worry about the mold.
