Service is awful. I’m a 40 year customer and treated like a criminal when I wanted to move matured CD funds to my savings. Terrible experience. Considering other banks.

Went to open an account around 9:30AM, they were really helpful and explained everything to me really well. Didn't take more than 20 minutes, Ricardo G. helped me with everything, great customer service.

chase services is so bad I have my issue on my credit but they are happy to not get help for asian but for the racist . I have went the chase bank the other location For help is good not this one
