“KC Events & Floral is very professional and has been helpful with many of my events for over a decade. Sherronda and her team are the best in the business for all event rentals and floral orders!”
“Ricky was wonderful to communicate with. Our cousin was from Kentucky. We requested a KY blue & white standing spray, and he delivered a beautiful arrangement to the funeral home. Thank you so much, Ricky.”
“Absolutely phenomenal service! Delivery was fast and right on time, but what really stood out was the customer support—even after regular business hours, they still took the time to help me out. That level of care and commitment is very much appreciated! Highly recommend!”
“Bakery DepartmentAnd who said "Old Fashion Customer Service" was dead? I recently ordered a Birthday Cake with a BLACK PANTHER theme. The ordering was easy. The scheduling was made within a few minutes on a late afternoon on monday, and off I went home. I was picking up the cake on Wednesday morning. The following day, I received a phone call there was a discrepancy with the chosen decorative topping I chose ( there were two options). No problem, I'll go with the other one, i was okay with it but not excited about the decision. A few hours later I received another call, it was the same lady from the prior call, she was so lovely. She told me she understood the importance of a festive birthday cake and she and her staffed looked for a better Black Panther decorative option and found one! They saved the day!! The demeanor of the communication from the Bakery Deptartment was genuine and eager to please. The cake was so delicious. And the Black Panther decorations rocked!”
“My Shopper didn't have complete information and he had a few problems. Confusion following the Storm for everyone. I'm so sorry. I cannot find original transaction but the order arrived 10:00 pm.
He is a Young, White, Male. Very courteous. Then order was for 925 Northwood, #8314. Baytown TX. Can you please add $5.00 to the original tip? Thank You for your time.. V. C. Condra”
