Absolutely disappointed is the lack of effort for a cake that was made for me. Completely did not follow directions. Zero effort on the lettering. Zero effort on the theme of the cake. Arrived to pick up the cake and image was not on it. Orange icing was already on the cake, told them the picture was supposed to be on it. They couldn't find the Picture for a while, once they found it they just put it on the cake with zero effort and the photo started to get super wavy Never going for cakes there's ever avain.

I’ve been a loyal H-E-B customer for years and have always had positive experiences—until now. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee named Aza Smith. She gave me unnecessary attitude and used unacceptable language, simply because I was using my husband’s card from my phone to pay for beer.
Her behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I left the store with a very bad impression. I hope management addresses this issue, as this kind of customer service does not reflect the values I’ve come to expect from H-E-B.

REANNA R cashier was the most unhelpful person today she had a face I was talking to her and she was like uh so unprofessional. I gave her some coupons and she didn’t even scanned them or explain anything to me. I was did my card went through and she was lost. I thought it went through until I got to the car and checked. I was not going to hold the line for some discounts but someone need to put that girl in check.
