The store is a clean place with plenty of deals and a lot of coupons for saving money. Many find their overall pricing better than competitors, with meats being cheaper and good sales available. Customer service is highlighted as better than most, with courtesy and workers described as smiling and happy to help. The store offers convenient curbside pickup and grocery delivery. Many customers state it is their favorite grocery store and choose it for most of their shopping.
I love H-E-B all around BUT I especially love the sushi!!! The workers there make the entire experience worth the parking and walking in just to say hello and be greeted with warm, welcoming smiles and above and beyond accommodations!! I cheated on them twice w/ Kroger sushi and I’ll never do it again! 🤢

Hit and miss on curbside products they have. Other than that good service.

Delicious food. Tropical fruit that cannot be found elsewhere such as Jack fruit!
