“Absolutely great customer service genuinely good prices the other place that’s similar. That’s across the street that I will not name that has an orange theme treats you like you’re a criminal. The second you walk in the door the employees don’t know what a 10 mm is or would a 2 x 4 is I have no idea how the other place stays in business this place helps me find what I need and gives me genuine advice Great place. My reason for giving out a five stars updated review. I was here for purchasing a handheld post hole digger, i.e., and state retail tax free, because I carry my Texas Agricultural or Timber Registration card with me.
And my reason for upping one star today is for new employee Debra, hopping off her register to help steer me to the farm tool section! And she even asked me if I would give a handicapped man a jump outside, who'd been there for awhile waiting for some kindness from any stranger. I told Debra yes, it's time to pay it forward by helping this guy with an arm in a sling.

It's not my first time to TSC, but my first time here in Baytown. Another first is to actually be drawn here by an email for roses. If you're not familiar with Baytown's own TSC, they do have a decent Garden Center next to their outdoor department. My only complaint is that they only carried one brand, with the same color of roses. Not what they were advertising in colors, by the TSC email that brought me out to Garth road. So I ended up getting that bright color in a hibiscus instead.
Another first was they provide some Saturday only vet wellness services, like a dog washing station room. The signage inside was not very clear on any other services provided or for that matter any prices other than the $10 pet washing room.”
“It is a clean and organized home depot, just like the majority of them out there. But one issue that I find to be aggravating is whenever they're having a large holiday sale and you need assistance getting the things that they have locked up behind cages. Or on a shelf over ten foot tall and they're so shorthanded that you're in the store two hours to buy two things because you can't find help. Sometimes it's just better to buy it online.”
