Even through they have self checkouts they will help you check out. Had help from some super friendly girls named Jodie and Rosie, very sweet and answered all my questions even helped me set up my veterans discount on my phone. Highly recommend this location great experience all around.”

“Well Located and Parking is Ample. No Real Complaints. Customer Service keeps it from being a 5. If they had a Greeter to ask what you needed, you wouldn't have to wade through 3,000sq feet of hardware to get what you need. Not Kid nor Elderly Friendly. Strictly Business.”

“I was greeted as I walked through the door. I asked where I could find my items and was told exactly where they were. When I got you that area a person came and helped me. He also helped me locate all the accessories I needed to go with the items. I need a hook for a chain that was hard to find a fifth for. The clerk took some hooks and went out to my truck to find the right hook for my chain. apparently one of the end of my chain was slightly smaller than the other end and that is why I was having a problem getting the correct hook. I think the chain may have been metric and not SAE. The clerk swap the hook from one end of the chain to the other. Because the end of the chain that had the original hurt was slightly larger than the other end the new hook did fit that. employee did earn his money this time.”
