“Absolutely great customer service genuinely good prices the other place that’s similar. That’s across the street that I will not name that has an orange theme treats you like you’re a criminal. The second you walk in the door the employees don’t know what a 10 mm is or would a 2 x 4 is I have no idea how the other place stays in business this place helps me find what I need and gives me genuine advice Great place. Great people would recommend.”

“It is a clean and organized home depot, just like the majority of them out there. But one issue that I find to be aggravating is whenever they're having a large holiday sale and you need assistance getting the things that they have locked up behind cages. Or on a shelf over ten foot tall and they're so shorthanded that you're in the store two hours to buy two things because you can't find help. Sometimes it's just better to buy it online.”

“I have a love hate relation with Baytown Home Depot. I'm here at least five times a week. Got alot of projects going on with more to come. Store seems to be understaffed and the self checkout can sometimes be a nightmare. The fastener section is in total disarray and more than not do not have what I need. By contrast Lowes fastener section is a thing of beauty. Do like their paint department and the Veterans discount has saved me alot of money.”

“1/25/25 My first time in to pick up an item that my husband usually gets. I had Harbor Freights and this store mixed up. When I walked in I thought oh they renovated the place, LOL.
I didn’t realize they offered so many unique services, pet wash, vaccinations, etc. and a points rewards system that if my husband would have known about, would have been stacked by now, he has spent lots here. Anah took her time and enthusiastically informed me about all of the great things the store offers, and I’m so glad she did. This may have just become my favorite general supplies store. Thanks Anah!”
