“We had a great experience with Vincent! He has so many years of experience and is so knowledgeable about appliances. He can tell you every detail/specs, pros/cons about every stove and rangetop in every brand, without having to look it up! With all the decisions we had to make during our renovation, Vincent made the choice for our stove and venthood so much easier and less stressful.”

“We are doing a total renovation on our home. So far we have purchased bathroom floor tile, shower tile, flooring for the entire home, kitchen cabinets and countertops from this Prosource. We love everything and still have more to buy from them! Working with Sarah on the cabinet design was such a breeze. She is very professional, friendly and helped out with any questions or concerns we had. The manager Eric was a huge help with all the specs, as well. I highly recommend this location!”

High end tile materials, impressive designs, and incredible selection of tiles, sinks, showers, and vanity options. Price and quality are unbeatable compared to Home Depot, Loews, and other places. My wife and I were very pleased with their service and we're definitely going back for more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?”

“Jim Hughes went above and beyond for us. We wanted a particular flooring, but the color turned out to be much different than the sample. Jim went as far as ordering shipments from California for us of a different lot, and it was absolutely perfect. We are incredibly pleased with our floor, and really appreciate the time he took to get it right.”

Although this began as an overwhelming project, Ethan Dean made the project easier by showing and recommending the materials we needed. He also helped us resolve some issues with our project. This store has a wide variety of quality products at a reasonable price. Thanks again Ethan, you helped complete our project!”

“My mom and I had a project. We came to Lowe's with some measurements and a very nice young man named Austin was right where we needed him! In these giant stores, there is typically a long wait as you ask for someone to help you. He gladly took us over and told us what we needed to know to pick out some plywood. He cut it to our dimensions, and even though we were a little unsure and inexact, he dealt with our numbers and gave us EXACTLY what we needed. Austin was awesome!!! We were in and out and very happy with this transaction!”

“I went in to purchase a ring doorbell and received the BEST customer service today. I had issues with my card for payment and JAZZ was so patient, kind, helpful. Home Depot should be very proud of hiring a person like her when ME the customer was frustrated with my card. BTY it was not a HD card. I also want to give an another shoutout to Yaremi for being that coworker that supported Jazz. I would definitely recommend this HD to family and friends.”

“We used Moderno Porcelain Works for a fully gutted renovation and could not be more impressed. Their products are stunning: modern, chic, and exactly the aesthetic we were going for, while still being livable and durable. But what truly stood out was the team. From Alex to Pablo, everyone respected our time, communicated clearly, and pushed to deliver on schedule to the best of their ability. Let's be real, hiccups in construction are inevitable. No project will ever be perfect. But what separates a great contractor from the rest is how they handle it, and Moderno handles it with honesty and professionalism every single time. Communication was smooth sailing from start to finish. If you want beautiful craftsmanship done by people who actually show up on time, follow through, and treat your home like it matters: this is your team. Highly highly highly recommend!”

“Checking out was a breeze, even though buying a refrigerator involves much more than a simple checkout. Diamond did an excellent job assisting us, taking the time to explain the warranty benefits clearly and thoroughly. She also greeted customers as they walked in and apologized to those waiting behind us, all while being the only cashier on duty. Despite handling everything on her own, she was helpful, and genuinely happy to assist everyone. Thank you, Diamond, for Great customer service! ?”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at this Home Depot, especially with the team working in the lumber area. The guys there are always incredibly helpful, regardless of how busy the store is. I often come in with plywood and specific cuts needed for my art and woodworking projects, and they have always managed to help me figure things out and get the job done. Even when they are clearly busy with other customers and responsibilities, they take the time to assist and never make you feel like you are an inconvenience. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference and is exactly why I continue coming back to this location. A big thank you to the lumber team—you guys are appreciated!”
