“We are doing a total renovation on our home. So far we have purchased bathroom floor tile, shower tile, flooring for the entire home, kitchen cabinets and countertops from this Prosource. We love everything and still have more to buy from them! Working with Sarah on the cabinet design was such a breeze. She is very professional, friendly and helped out with any questions or concerns we had. The manager Eric was a huge help with all the specs, as well. I highly recommend this location!”
“My mom and I had a project. We came to Lowe's with some measurements and a very nice young man named Austin was right where we needed him! In these giant stores, there is typically a long wait as you ask for someone to help you. He gladly took us over and told us what we needed to know to pick out some plywood. He cut it to our dimensions, and even though we were a little unsure and inexact, he dealt with our numbers and gave us EXACTLY what we needed.
Austin was awesome!!! We were in and out and very happy with this transaction!”

Parez helped me, I bought it from Fergusons but did not receive an invoice, it was difficult to find the part number. Sara was persistent and helped me find it and ordered it. I am still waiting for the part, should receive it soon. Sara was so helpful, went over and beyond to help me. I definitely am going to use Baths of America at the Houston

“I visited this Home Depot to purchase construction fencing I needed after a hurricane. I learned quickly not to arrive before 3 PM—it was packed with construction crews stocking up on supplies. If you’re looking to get in and out quickly, that’s not the time to go.
Despite the crowds, the checkout lines moved steadily. One of the employees was efficiently managing the self-checkout area, but aside from that, there seemed to be only one cashier available.
This was my second visit to this Home Depot. The first time, I was there to pick up some outdoor patio fans I had ordered online. There was a small issue because I used PayPal for payment, which initially didn’t show as processed in their system. What should have been a quick 10-minute trip turned into a 30-minute wait until they resolved the payment hiccup.
Overall, I don’t frequent this Home Depot often, but when I need to, I know they can get the job done.”
“Checking out was a breeze, even though buying a refrigerator involves much more than a simple checkout. Diamond did an excellent job assisting us, taking the time to explain the warranty benefits clearly and thoroughly.
She also greeted customers as they walked in and apologized to those waiting behind us, all while being the only cashier on duty. Despite handling everything on her own, she was helpful, and genuinely happy to assist everyone.

I walked into Home Depot looking for one very specific screw to finish assembling a bed that was missing hardware. Dennis could have easily told me they were out of stock since the screws weren’t where they were supposed to be.
Instead, he searched drawer after drawer until he found exactly what I needed.
At one point he said, “It’s important that you get what you need.” That simple statement stuck with me because it showed he genuinely cared. Something that mattered to me mattered to him.
In a world where it’s easy to rush people along or give the easy answer, Dennis chose to go the extra mile. That kind of customer service is rare, and I’m so thankful for his help.
If you’re looking for people who truly care about helping their customers, I can’t say enough positive things about Dennis at Home Depot.”

“My mother who is on a fixed income needed a new refrigerator went to Lowes. My daughter went to ask for assistance to help her with a purchase of one, so thankful that she talked to Tequila (Lowes Associate). She was very helpful, going over a few options. Then she remembered they had one on clearance in the back she offered it to her at a discounted price, my mother was very happy that she was not only able to pay for the refrigerator but able to pay for a 5 year warranty, delivery and haul away the old one with the cash she had o. Hand. I would definitely recommend Lowe’s and Tequila - the associate not the drink 🤗”

“I generally come to this HD, it is closer to my home, and cleaner in and out than the others in the area. I am remodeling the rr in my home and had questions. Stood there about 20 minutes while many employees veered away from me or walked down a separate isle. I was about to leave when a kind gentleman named Ronnie came and did his best to answer questions which I knew were not his area of expertise, but he did try and in other areas he did help me so much. Kudos to Ronnie for being so helpful and the HD for this stores cleanliness.”
