“My husband and I took our great pyrenees in this morning for a bath. The cashier was talking to my husband about some card( his understanding was loyalty card) but when he was charged 40 he realized he misunderstood. They were able to fix it and refund the difference charging us just one bath. We get back to the baths and notice there is no dog conditioner. This was really disappointing due to the holidays coming up with our dog being around family. I asked the cashier why she didn’t at least mention it before we paid and she didn’t know what to say. We finished bathing our dog and was greeted at the exit by the owner apologizing for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. He also made it right. We will continue to bring our fur babies here.”
“Sabbath absolutely loves Mrs. Ericka, he jumps right out of the car and runs straight to her. Wouldn’t trust my boy with anyone else. They do such a wonderful job, as you can see my boy is sporting his mow hawk. I would recommend Katt’s Family Pet Boutique for all your fur babies. They will be well taken care of.”

“We have been taking our toy poodles to petsmart for awhile now and they know our pets really well, especially our male that gets really streessed out,but today they were crowed with other dogs and our male got really nervous and did the you know what, well we received a call from the manager stating they were taking him to the vet because it was protocol (Paid for the vet) we agreed, anyway nothing wrong with him but a good case of nerves but these ladies don't take anything lightly and we appreciate them so so much for the love and care they give. We just wanna say thank you Stevie L and Manager Grace for your love and care! We will see you next.”
“They have a lot of things that you need, plus the vaccine clinic being open on Saturdays is very helpful for. If you have a busy work week! I was able to get my cat her boosters after getting her vaccines a few weeks ago. Very kind employees to boot!”
