“oh my gosh THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We recently got a SheepaDoodle so lots has had to be done with a new puppy. I recently discovered a lot of reviews about Pet Supplies Plus. ALL POSITIVE and that everyone is super nice. They were all correct. From the moment I walked in I was greeted. We also had our SheepaDoodle groomed by Kodie and she was awesome. I asked for a Teddy Bear Cut and she did it perfectly! She was so nice and explained everything to me about Wally. His ears are sooooooo clean now! I'm very impressed by her and all the other people that work here. Your first grooming is 25% off too! and she told me after your 5th groom, your 6th is free. It was VERY reasonable. I have paid crazy amounts at PetSmart. I prefer to support a local owner. They opened doors for us and I witnessed one of the young gentlemen carry out dog food for another customer. This place is exactly what Bellaire West U and Braes Heights needs! it really is a hidden gem and they send you Coupons all the time. We also bought a Wash Card for 5 washes for $40. They provide everything in their wash bays - all the shampoo and towels to self wash. What a deal!!!!!!! We love it here.”

“AMAZING ? Customer service is on point. I came in for puppy vaccinations since going to the vet for shots was a little over $330. No thanks. The shot here are absolutely affordable, under $25. They knew exactly which ones I needed since I was unsure which to get. My very shy toddler came with me, the gentleman at the counter asked her if she wanted a lollipop and she brightened up immediately, awarding him a huge smile, which is unheard-of with male strangers. The people here are so nice. I will definitely be coming back, especially since they sell the special type puppy food my dalmatian has to eat.”

“I have used them in the past. Took my dog there for a cut and bath today it was all bad. A different person did his cut, the lady did not listen when I came in and she cut all the hair off his tail. She did not trim his ears like I asked. She did not read the regular groomers notes and did whatever she wanted. They did refund the cut but my baby hair on his tail is gone. 8yrs of growing his tail gone. The front part of him looks like they didn’t even bathe him or try to clean or cut him. I am so upset about this. He is a Pekingese and his tail was a staple in his pictures now it is gone. No amount of refunds or free baths can make up for this. I now need to find a new grooming service. Any recommendations?03/11/2024 UPDATE: I returned today to find that the service was impeccable and very much like I remembered. This review is a bit gross.Fast, easy, kind staff, pretty cool they have so many birds!!So… now the gross but helpful partI had adopted two puppies from a nice neighbor who couldn’t really take care of them. So they got worms and more …..Elsys feed store gave them their first shots and the dead worms starting coming out within the next day and you could see a BIG difference in their behaviors, appetite, energy… everything really!Poor babies were not feeling well!But thanks to this place these puppies have a higher chance of living than not getting the medicines they needed! They also give you the package on what they gave to your pet!”

“The service at this Petco is always great! I've been a few times, but my most recent trip was to exchange some dog clothes because my puppy was too big for them! The cashier was really helpful and nice, and assured me that I could exchange and pay the difference if I were to get something else! I come here for pretty much all of my puppy needs!
