“I had treated a philodendron in a way that didn’t suit it and it looked like it was at death’s door. Knowing that they would have both a product and words of advice, I went to see Chris and Ken. Equipped with Ken’s Potting Mix I cleaned away the old soil, found a few vital roots and repotted the plant starting over with new soil. The well drained Mix, rich with fresh nutrients, has already given the plant new growth. This philodendron will definitely be making it. This is one of countless times I’ve counted on the experts at Quality Feed. So glad they are around!”

“Took my 2 dogs there today for their first visit after moving to Houston and I LOVED IT!! The pricing was wonderful and the staffing was so kind and understandable. They were able to make an accommodation for my dog that was having diarrhea and I'd take this experiencing over any other locations I've been too. Will be scheduling monthly services here! So glad to have found a good groomer for my 2 large dogs!”

“I recently visited this establishment and I was pleased with how knowledgeable and personable the staff member was. I think her name was Cynthia? She had pink and purple hair. She throughly answered all my questions. “A Parrots Cove is the only place in Houston I trust to board my birds. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and they even let you in back to see where your baby will be staying. The staff is really knowledgeable about birds and the birds they hand feed look beautiful and well taken care of. It's the picture of what a bird store should be!”

“I love this place. I love coming for some cute chicks. They also have many plants that I have struggled to find at other known plant stores. Also, my dogs seem to love the bones that they sell and although summer small they seem to last so long. And although some of the male employees can be smart butts, they are definitely friendly and welcoming.😂 but that may just be my husband asking the most dumb questions😂😂”

“We found our newest addition to the family here. When our old man, Baxter passed away in March we were heartbroken. Our hearts ached and we weren't ready for a new puppy. Then we decided to stop in and take a look. We found Bear! We came in and immediately were drawn to him. I love how neat and well kept the dogs were. Each dog has a set up that is one like at home. They've got toys and a bed to lay on and nap. I know that this helped with Bear adjusting to his new living space. We didn't feel any pressure to rush a purchase or bombarded with any sales pitch to buy a dog today. We were given time to visit and interact with him without having to listen to a presentation, but when we did have questions, fhey were answered quickly and respectfully. We didn't take Bear on our first visit, but we just knew he was a member of the family. When we came back for another visit, we were so glad to see that Bear was there. He was meant to become a part of our family. The transaction process was easy and we left confident that all of our needs were met. All of the puppies were well taken care of and seemed in good spirits. Their living areas were clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now Bear is home with us and enjoying his new place and family. Thank you for a great experience. We will be recommending My Family Pet Store to everyone we know who may be looking for a new addition to their family.”

“One of my dogs is wearing her pink glitter martingale collar one year later (still in good condition despite swimming and lots of washing in vinegar) and we just got a tutu for my big dog. Good quality and prices, plus the owner is so kind. My 4yr old is borrowing the tutu now.”

“I am definitely not computer savvy- this is my second try. My Huge Border Collie Adelaide gets groomed by Coutney-she’s terrific. Border Collies have two coats of hair and sheds more than one can believe. She handles her in stride and always has a friendly smile. I will go to no one else. She’s gentle and kind, but gets the job done top to bottom! I also love that I’m able to have Addys favorite Dr. Marty’s food there which they deliver twice monthly. Oh, and the toys are great. Addy generally gets a new one after every visit with Courtney. They are priced reasonably. Go no where else. If you should have an issue, I am sure that this company will take care of you. They are customer friendly. I look forward to going there and highly recommend all of their services.”
