I miss the days when drivers were appreciated and respected. Today drivers are nothing more than an ATM Machine.
Case in point $4.99 for a large coffee! My only option was pilot house because all the other pots were empty. I may have to get fuel here but from now on I will take my business were I'm appreciated!

On 23 sep i was there parking overnight. my straps, binder and all other stuff was in the trailer tool box. In the morning when i wake up there was nothing. They don’t even left a single nail. Everything was gone. It Cost me almost about 3k usd. Never park here. If u do so your things will get stolen. Its better to park outside Houston.

I was in texas for 11 days stuck. Sat at the flying J was approached by security. Who was very nosy and rude and then proceeded to ask me my personal business. The very next day at a different flying J my suitcase and duffel bag were stolen and the police did absolutely nothing and tried to commit me to the hospital for daring to call 911. They set the whole thing up. Do not go to flying Js unless you want to be approached for sex by strangers.Or want the staff to call their jailhouse friend to rob you of your luggage and all your clothes like they did me.

Stop at this Pilot for a break and around 1 something in the morning I go to shower because normally it isn’t busy. I get in the shower room and instantly there are specs of poop on the back of the toilet and seat and water all through the shower floor, which lets me know it wasn’t wiped down, I look in the trash and literally has wipes and panty liners inside of it. I walk out and asked for my shower credit back and explained I was just unsatisfied with the condition of the shower room the young lady at the desk goes OH, as if I was wrong. I can see why she was not in proper uniform her shirt was dirty and not buttoned up and finger nails looked as if she’d been playing in dirt. I thought maybe I’ll try again in the morning. Well went back this morning and literally the same thing OMG!! Poop on the seat and the toilet wall, water all through the shower with a lash on the side and topped off with food crumbs and an almost clean smell. This is sad. Bay Town Texas do better.

One of the DIRTIEST TRAVEL CENTER, restrooms are very dirty. All the showers were empty and dirty at 06 am, and 2 hours were waiting early in the morning.

if no star was available I give zero the showers are molded, pubic.hair along the back side of the toilet no freaking towels waited a hour for the employee to wash and dry towels because the manager says they are short on towels she recommends drivers bring thier own towels she says corporate is not concerned about towels the shower floors are being wiped up by the same towels that are put to wash & dry seriously dragging the towel with the bottom of the shoe seriously people need a new manager & employees.

The poor service and management engaged in an unacceptable behavior by verbally abusing an employee in front of other customers. Such actions must be held accountable and result in appropriate disciplinary measures.

Have been stuck here since the 4th ish due to being sick. Haven't had any trouble reserving our spot or anything friendly staff great shower. Except the security guard that was working around 1230 to 130 in the morning on 6/11. We get a knock. We paid but didnt get a ticket, I get that deserves a knock at some places. But this place has a LIST of trucks that have reserved spots. The security dude tried claiming no We don't have a list here. (Uh yeah you do we were told by inside employees. )my boyfriend pointed at a list in the guards hand and He said well I dont see your number on it. We paid for the spot on june 10th at 2pm ish. really my guy come on. The entire week we've been here we've paid for our spot no issues. Whether we felt good enough to get the window ticket or not we weren't bothered. Cause you guessed it. They have a listttt. All because of a couple wanted a handicap spot. But hey guess what. Our spot wasn't a handicap spot!! 😡 the guy from the couple was grumpy as shit even came up to us after we got the damn ticket for the window. The nerve of this couple and worse the security guard. I hope the security guard gets a lecture or warned about his behavior and attitude. Im not knocking the handicap people, but the ignorance and frustration the couple is taking out on us and other drivers is ridiculous. There's no need for it. Whether there is either a spot or not. Especially at 1am.
