“I would like to share my experience with one of your employees, Citlaly. I was incredibly impressed with her customer service during my visit. I was returning two items to Amazon and wasn’t as prepared as I should have been.
First she greeted me warmly and then went above and beyond to assist me with my return. Citlaly was knowledgeable about both the Amazon and UPS processes. I even apologized to her for not being prepared, and she handled the situation with grace.
