“Update: It took me couple days to get the matter resolved, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the right people to explain my situation. The store manager explained to me that during the holidays some gift cards were discontinued and that unfortunately some cards may have not been pulled out of the shelves. She was very sorry and apologetic and honestly I felt that they truly cared. I currently use their printing services and always have a positive experience.I bought a Target gift card for $100 at this location. The card didn’t work. I called Target to ask for assistance and I was sadly informed that the Target gift card I purchased in Staples didn’t exist in the Target system.”

Every single item arrived in perfect condition (items were all different sizes from antique mirrors that had to have customs shaped boxes to canvas paintings that needed to be packaged to preserve the paint and the canvases themselves.) “I've only been here once, but they were very speedy and reliable. While trying to get our passports, my husband and I went to the post office. They offer photos there, but upon arrival, we were informed that their camera was broken. They told us to come here to Artwin Graphics and they would get our photos to us quickly. Well, they did! The lady took my picture. I didn't like it, so she retook it. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes and got our photos to take back to the post office. It was $30 (maybe a little more with tax... I can't remember). I didn't know this place existed and I never intended to go there, but I was very happy with the outcome of this unexpected errand.”
