“I came to boot barn with the intention of buying an outfit for a company event. Faith, an employee at Bootbarn. Walked me through all the different styles of similar clothes I could be interested in. Along with complimentary jewelry to match the outfit. She was familiar with discounts and found me an outfit within my budget needs. And an outfit perfect for the occasion! She was super sweet, and knowledgeable with her store. She stands out amongst her colleagues. She has potential to flourish within her scope of work. Thank you Faith ♡”

“The main reason I am writing this review is due to one of the employees and I wish I could remember her name. But she was helping a customer and went as far as calling other Cavender's Boot City stores to help find the right size in the style the customer was looking for! In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.”

“Catherine was amazing . I have been all over looking for wide width shoes for my 8 year old who is super picky when it comes to how shoes fit . She not only helped my son measure his foot to make sure he was getting the right size but also walked the store with him and helped him pick out shoes that he may like. And then went the extra mile to help him try on each shoe . She was so patient with him and so polite. I was having trouble helping him since I had my 11 month old with me and Catherine made my shopping experience such an ease . I'll definitely be shopping here again”

“We came in needing to buy 10 bikes and 10 helmets (various sizes) for a charity project. We were on a tight budget and timeline. An associate named Eric and one other young man (I wish I caught his name) jumped into action and helped us find EVERYTHING we needed. They were so helpful! Great experience!”

“***FOR ENTITLED CUSTOMERS***:

Keep in mind that these stores only accept clean, trending clothes from certain brands that the younger demographic actually buys. That’s not the employees’ choice, they’re simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically don’t take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff won’t change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen.

Plenty of people claim their clothes are “practically brand new,” yet when staff checks, they find stains on the inside or other areas. Who’s going to buy that? If your items don’t meet the store’s standards, it’s not personal it’s policy.

Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes?

If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesn’t revolve around you :)”
