“The Uhaul location in Plano where I picked up my truck was great, I had no issues with them at all. Im giving 5 Stars because they opened on time, they had my truck ready and their Customer service was great. However....the overall UHAUL experience was NOT great as my originally Scheduled pick up which I did online was supposed to be in Arlington Texas and they didn't have a truck there but didn't tell me until 6:00 p.m. the night before I was scheduled to pick it up. And this was one of those "guaranteed" locations. Luckily the young lady that called me (Andricka) was awesome at what she does and helped me out, I just had to drive to Plano at 6AM. Uhaul needs a review site for their Corporate process as I dont want to blame the local dealers who apparently have no control over truck availability....the Uhaul process would get a big fat ZERO, when it comes to guaranteed availability I just don't think would be fair to blame the people that helped me.”
