“I love, love Jack’s Dollar. It has great dollar store items but also they have such a variety of party items and you don’t have to drive into Houston’s “Harwin”. Karim, his beautiful wife, and son Case are always so helpful. So are all his employees including Goldie! They help you find what you need and have excellent customer service. I have shopped here for years and bought household items, party items, balloons, cake stand rentals, artificial flowers, candy, and so much more. It is definitely worth checking out if you are having a party of any size. My favorite dollar store!!!”
“First time and these store i forgot some items got home and when I got back both lady's were so nice and apologize for the inconvenience event know it could of been my fault be was apologize and been nice when usually other stores would be mad or said that they didn't saw anything or someone else took them”

“The manager here is on point! Wish they ran the one in Needville like this!!! This store is clean and always free of stocking carts! You can find what you need and they have self checkout! I drive 10 more minutes to go there and the experience is worth it!
Needville needs that bc the employee there can’t be asked to get off their phones or stop talking among themselves to notice you for checkout. Like most visits to that store you have to leave your stuff and go hunt someone down to get checked out.”
“This is my favorite location, a bit cluttered but clean. Employees are sweet and friendly. My only issue is that the prices aren't always the price listed on the item. Yesterday I found a product with a "Buy one at full price get the second 50% off" well when the cashier rang it up it wasn't. She was charging me full price for both. When I informed her that it was listed as that she called the manager because I didn't want to buy both. I told the manager about the listing price and she was nonchalant and either didn't know or didn't care. I worked as a stocker before so I knew the barcode number matched what was listed on the price tag. I'm assuming it was an outdated listing price that wasn't removed. I was honestly a bit annoyed but one bad experience isn't enough to keep me away. It's a great location and very welcoming.”
“I did some shopping for myself a little while ago! Great deals. Good service from the staff and employees. A lot of times throughout our busy days good deeds go unnoticed. I just want to take the time to recognize a gentleman named Mr Tony as an employee of this location. I left my phone on the counter after I left with my paid groceries. Not even realizing or thinking it was in my pocket he comes walking up to the window of my car before I left and hands me my phone. I think he went above and beyond his work duties ! Thank you very much Mr. Tony, for your honesty and dedication to doing the right thing you deserve a raise for being great person. Thanks again ! To the Corporate offices and CEOs of Dollar General ! This man deserves recognition and a raise for his hard work.”

“This is my favorite Dollar General location. The store is clean and organized. The manager is sweet and dedicated to her position, every time I see her she's always stocking or signing off on an order. Very hardworking. The staff is great as well, friendly and helpful. However it is unfortunate that riff raff have inhabited the area that even the shopping carts aren't safe anymore. Smh, Us patrons should do our part as well so that this store can continue to thrive.”

“This place is no longer Dollar General. This place is now Family Dollar. It is a fabulous place to go. It is super clean and the employees are super friendly. The store is very organized and the prices are reasonable. I love,love going to this Family Dollar that use to be Dollar General.”

“Really liked this store.. people were very nice and very helpful. A bit high on some things, but not overly high. Had fresh vegetables and fruit. Only had 2 people working ay a time so check expirations.”
