“After a complete nightmare at the new Conn's distribution center in Houston, I decided to come here versus demanding a full refund from Conn's. What a difference staff makes! None of the staff at the Houston location should have a job with the way we were treated. Thankfully, Don and his staff in Beaumont were nothing short of phenomenal. Thank you! I can't say that I desire to do business with Conn's again after today but if so, I will come to Beaumont going forward.”

“While very nice, the staff here was quick to push me off to the Geek Squad help desk to answer questions I had about a recent purchase. After waiting at the Geek Squad desk, the sweet girl who helped me simply googled how to solve my problem. She then wrote down what she found and gave it to me. Even though I could've done that myself, what she gave me was completely incorrect. After returning home, I fixed the issue myself by trying different 'settings' adjustments. I just don't understand what happened to try customer service. I guess I'm getting old...”
