“I don't usually leave reviews but I felt the need to due to my experience. I had the chance to work with Jacobi. He was AMAZING!!! He was super knowledgeable about everything. He was extremely patient with me. I had sooo many questions and not only did he take the time to answer each and every question for me he also made sure I understood everything every step of the way. He also sat with me and took his time creating my kitchen for me and making sure everything looked exactly as I was describing it to him and was patient with any changes I asked to be made. He seemed interested in everything I was saying and made the experience feel personal instead of making me feel like just another customer. His customer service is really really awesome, professional yet friendly, and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be back and I will be sending friends and family his way as well. Thank you Home Outlet and super kudos and thank you to Jacobi for the assistance. I look forward to my next visit!”
“Absolutely the best service I’ve ever gotten! I got here 10min before they closed ( I know I’m the worst but it was an emergency) Wayne was so sweet and stopped what he was doing to help me look for a spray for my dogs wound & a sweet lady name Kym had also helped me and was soooo sweet checking me out!
