I think he knows where just about everything in the store is. Tyler is a brand new Lowes associate. Tyler is a keeper. He also goes the extra mile for customers. He is so sweet and happy to help. After helping me and several others, he went the extra mile plus for the sweetest older lady. She and I even discussed how great he is. Every employee I came in contact with at my Lowes had a nice smile, greeting and asked if I needed help. Lowes is Awesome.”

“I've been shopping at this store for over four years. I have had less than perfect service three times, three out of my last four visits the employees were less than professional. I'm going to stick to the positive. Three minor issues in four years. That's a great track record. I've tried calling the store at different times. This store is almost an hour drive for me. I would prefer to call than make the two hour round trip. I won't ever call again, it's not worth it. I'll make the drive.”
