Although Glen's wasn't really able to assist, they were able to provide honest feedback and we did not have to chase them down. They were extremely apologetic and did not want it to seem as if they were passing along a problem to someone else, but they did exactly what we had asked them to do: be honest. My 3rd break light was not working and they asked if I didn't mind them replacing it. I said yes, and about a minute later I thought "dang, I forgot to ask how much!?".Receptionist gave me the bill for the $7 inspection and I reminded her about the bulb.
