Glen's Express Collision provides collision repair and 24-hour towing services in Beaumont, Texas. Customers describe the work as amazing, top notch, correct, efficient, and good, with repairs looking like the vehicle is fresh off the lot. The business is highly recommended for whatever work a vehicle needs. Many reviews highlight excellent communication, with staff being helpful and communicating the repair process and timeline. They assist with insurance and have an Enterprise partner for rentals. In one case, despite delays from parts shortages and holidays that were out of everyone's control, they offered to pay for extra rental days. Their service goes beyond repairs; in one instance, they found and fixed an additional problem at no extra labor charge, creating customers for life. While most feedback is very positive, one note mentions a front desk clerk was not very pleasant, but the gentleman taking in the car was very nice. Services include body and trim work, painting, and bumper and light repair.
We're ready for us as soon as we walked in the door at our scheduled appointment time for an insurance claim inspection. Quick and painless check-in process and we were in and out in about 30 minutes, including the short wait for the Enterprise guy to pick us up.
