My first time I'd ever going into the boot barn. I went in and bought a Kobe James hat. The man that helped me was very respectful. Very patient. Had me try on several hats. The pricing was good and I love my cowboy hat.

Let me start this review off by saying I love BootBarn. I worked at the Jasper store prior to the Beaumont location. I had an amazing experience learning the products I was selling and I felt I belonged with this company. I felt I had opportunity to move up and excel. I rarely missed work and I always pulled overtime. The general manager at the Beaumont location, Julie Humphrey, sets her employees up for failure. She doesn’t have employees do their proper training when hired. Her poor management skills leave employees drained. She picks and chooses favorites. My lead was constantly double discounting, leaving money out of the register, and messing up money left and right. I was constantly correcting mistakes because my boss was too busy not paying attention to her own store and protecting said employees, regardless of their attendance. I wouldn’t work for this location as long as Julie is general manager there. Anytime I brought up a serious concern I was never heard. Disclaimer: this is my personal experience.

My husband and I stopped at this store tonight . When we walked in the young girl with long hair was sitting on the counter and the young man with paperwork was just a flirting .No hello or welcome they just acted as if they were the only ones in the store ! I watched families leave with nothing and multiple people left and they could care less . As I was browsing I looked over and they definitely had a connection going on . I saw my husband coming toward me and he said look the boss must be back they are broken apart! I said I'm ready to leave no bye ,have a nice night nothing so we went across the street to Cavenders to spend our Christmas

Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to walk through displays and aisles while browsing. Very clean bathrooms that are private rooms instead of stalls.Reasonable prices. My only negative is that we were in the store at least 15 mins and no one helped my son or husband. My daughter and I walked entire store back and forth and was never spoken to by any employee or asked if we needed help. With that being said, upon checkout the cashier, I believe her name was Katie, was extremely helpful finding my rewards account and updating the info. She was pleasant and humorous and very customer oriented.We will definitely be back because after leaving there we went to Cavenders across the road and although bigger store and more to choose, what we were looking for was better selection at boot barn. They may earn the last star if we get better customer service next go round. Katie was the only reason they got 4 stars this visit.

My son had to buy specific pants Ariat shirt for a wedding he is going to be in. He's not much into western wear but we had wonderful help from the staff. Found the boots as well.
